The Initial Learning program (ILP) is the beginning in the journey of endless learning at TCS. The ILP is an initiation into the TCS way of life. College students, fresh out of campuses from across the country, mature from students to professionals.

The ILP is now no longer confined to the Corporate Learning Centre (CLC) in Thiruvananthapuram. Outgrowing even the new, sprawling Peepul Park campus at the same location, the ILP has now spread to different parts of the country – Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Bhubaneswar, Hyderabad and Coimbatore.
